- Gold prize: NTD 10000 & certificate
- Silver prize: NTD 8000 & certificate (Max. 3 awardees)
- Bronze prize: NTD 5000 & certificate (Max. 5 awardees)
- Masterpiece: NTD 3000 & certificate (Max. 10 awardees)
Notebook Design
- Gold prize: NTD 6000 & certificate
